Please only select the thing on the left. Thats the brush! The other is the effect.

Do with this what you will. Please link me to your work if you use it although its not necessary I would like to see what you do with it (:

How to use/ download (photoshop):
Save as> select with lasso tool (whatever)> edit> define brush preset. That should be your brush done (:
When using set the spacing of the brush too 1%
I set the opacity to 10% for the best results (:
